(Note: Guidelines are always subject to change)
- Attempted Virtual Tutoring Session (The tutor reaches out and also sends a follow-up email but gets no response): 0.5 Hours
- Completed Domestic Virtual Tutoring Session (The tutor has fully completed a virtual tutoring session in which the tutor has reached out to the student, gotten a response, and tutored them): 1.0 Hours
- Completed International Virtual Tutoring Session (The tutor has fully completed a virtual tutoring session in which the tutor has reached out to the student, gotten a response, and tutored them): 2.0 Hours
- Completed Participation in Special Academic Events (The tutor has participated as an instructor in a special academic event): 1.5 Hours

This form is utilized to verify and validate the hours earned by student tutors from their virtual tutoring sessions. Form responses go directly to appropriate CCSD supervising personnel, and service/tutoring hours are then issued to the respective schools of the student tutors.
